Boot Camp Training

The Boot Camp program is a fun, exciting, and motivating way to loose weight, tone up, and feel great. We meet 3 times/week. This boot camp is perfect for beginners to intermediate and you can always go at your own pace. The boot camp is held in an outdoor environment, such as a local park, to help push you to your next level of fitness. The boot camp training focuses on:

  • increasing your metabolism
  • leaving your body burning calories all day long

As an added bonus, this type of training can often be conducted in an outdoor environment, such as a local park of your choice.
