With sports-specific training our goal is to:

I am here to help you optimize your athletic performance.

I may not have experience with every single sport, but no trainer does. Our training helps any athelete. However, I do have experience in the following sports: soccer, track, cross country, marathons, triathlons, swimming, softball, volleyball, tennis, gymnastics, and dance.

Since most sports are played outside, this type of training can often be conducted in an outdoor environment, such as a local park of your choice.
